Hi!  My name is Gianna.

If you’re looking for a no-nonsense, “Jill” . . . or in my case “Gianna” of all admin trades, look no further. You have come to the right place!

That’s where I come in. I’ve been offering virtual assistance services to various clients since 2008.

And I have worked in just about every office environment you can think of since about 1993, picking up various (and extremely useful) skills along the way.

After years of hard work toward the goal of working 100% from my home office, here I am. Proudly and exuberantly coining myself: Gianna of all trades! (Formerly: Bright Eyes… your second set!)

Virtual Office Hours
Monday through Friday: 9:00AM–5:00PM PST

Rate
$35/hour is my regular rate. However, some projects can be quoted on a flat-rate based on the level of need and deadline.

On a more personal note . . .

Wondering what I do when I’m not working? I’m often out walking my dog. I’m also a published author! In 2012 I proudly self-published my first novel, Blood Life, which is about vampires and witches. 🦇 I’m forever working on the prequel, but it will be released some day soon…

I am also a self-taught herbalist who enjoys creating herbal remedies of all kinds, an enormous animal lover, a healthy food cooker and eater, a fitness goddess (I cannot go a day without my workouts), a java junkie (cappuccinos are my favorite), and an all-around goof ball.
